Introducon
In its everyday business operations CMS Info Systems Ltd (“We”) collects and stores data of many
types and in a variety of different formats. The relative importance and sensitivity of this data also varies.
CMS Info Systems Ltd (“We”) also has a responsibility to ensure that it complies with all relevant legal,
regulatory and contractual requirements in the collection, storage, retrieval and destruction of data.
CMS Info Systems Limited (“We”) are committed to protect the privacy of the users' Personally
Identifiable Information (PII) that we collect from you as you use CMS Algo Application. The scope of
our commitment is detailed in this Privacy Policy. By submitting information, you agree to allow CMS
Info Systems Limited the use of such information as described herein.
Purpose
This privacy policy governs your use of the software application CMS Algo for mobile devices that is
created by CMS Info Systems Limited (“We”). There are certain key general principles that has been
adopted when considering App protection policy. These are:
Data will be held in compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory and contractual
requirements.
Data will not be held for any longer than required.
The protection of data in terms of its sensitivity, confidentiality, integrity and availability will be
in accordance with the security classification defined.
Data will remain retrievable in line with business requirements at all times.
User Provided information
CMS Live obtains your personally-identifiable information i.e. Employee Code and password to login
to the Application.
Automatically Collected information
In addition, the CMS Algo mobile application collects IMEI and other device identifiers for unique
employee identification and security reasons.
Access to Camera
The application uses device camera for capturing images of Slip.
Access to Storage
The application uses storage space to store images captured by CMS Algo.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
When you visit the mobile application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to
determine your current location in order to determine the city you are located within. We will not
share your current location with other users or partners.

Data Security
CMS Algo Mobile Application uses generally accepted standards of technology and operational
security in order to protect collected personally-identifiable information from loss, misuse, alteration, or
destruction. Only authorized vendor and/or authorized personnel of CMS Info Systems Limited are
provided access to collected personally-identifiable information, and the aforesaid authorized vendor
and/or authorized personnel are required to treat this information as confidential at all times from
unauthorized or unlawfully processing of any data and to protect the same against any accidental loss,
destruction, damage as well as not to process or transfer any data within and/or outside India without
prior written consent of CMS Info Systems Limited . Further, the said authorized vendor and/or
authorized personnel shall at all times abide by applicable privacy policies, rules and regulations
in force from time to time. Despite these precautions, no method of transmission over the
internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee
its absolute security. CMS Info Systems Limited cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will
not/cannot obtain access to your collected personally-identifiable information through CMS Algo
Mobile Application.
Permissions
1.Location permission – location use for fetch current location verify.
2.Bluetooth permission – Connect for our Bluetooth Device for data communication.
3.Camera Permission – Capture photos
Consent
By using CMS Algo Mobile Application, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your
Personally Identifiable Information (PII) by us in the manner described in this Privacy Policy and
elsewhere on the CMS Live.
Changes to Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time which will automatically
reflect on the CMS Algo Mobile Application. You may periodically visit the Privacy Policy page on the
CMS Live Mobile Application to see the latest policies in force.
